Refund policy

Effective Immediately – All Kustomz, LLC
All Kustomz, LLC specializes in fully customized, made‑to‑order products. Each item is created based on the customer’s submitted details and is approved by the buyer prior to production. For this reason, all sales of custom items are final, and no refunds will be issued once a design has been approved.

Damaged Merchandise
All Kustomz, LLC will only accept a claim for replacement if the merchandise is received in damaged condition.
To initiate a damage claim, the customer must provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged item(s) within 24 hours of receiving the order.
The damaged item does not need to be returned.
Upon verification of the damage, All Kustomz, LLC will remake and reship the replacement item(s) within two (2) weeks.
